Description

WHAT IS IT?

Salengei protein isolate is obtained from rice (Oryza sativum), a plant species belonging to the family of grasses.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

This rice protein isolate has a high protein content, and although according to specifications it is higher than 80%, in general, analyses show that it may contain up to 90%, which means one scoop could contain between 15.6 to 17 g of high-biological-value protein, with a digestibility value greater than 90% and a good balance of amino acids. Unlike animal protein, it is easy on the digestive system, with no undesirable substances such as hormones, toxins or artificial additives. It is not made from genetically modified organisms. Contains a high concentration of branched amino acids such as leucine, phenylalanine, valine and methionine amongst others. It also has a high content of minerals such as iron, potassium and sodium, and is a source of phosphorus, which contributes to the normal maintenance of bones and teeth.

WHO IS IT RECOMMENDED FOR?

Salengei Rice Protein is ideal for people who want to increase their intake of protein from their diet. It is highly recommended for sports people after training, as it can restore and boost muscle mass. It contains no milk, fructose, lactose, soya, gluten, sweeteners, colours or sulphites, making it ideal for allergy sufferers and children. It is also indicated for people who want to control their weight, for elderly people with feeding or swallowing problems, to recover from a period of convalescence, in times of higher protein need such as pregnancy, menopause, osteoporosis, muscle weakness, and growth and development.

Suitable for diabetics, people with high blood pressure, vegans and vegetarians.
